What are your shipping charges and where do you ship?


We ship worldwide for free on orders over 60€

Otherwise, you will have to pay for a 5€ shipping fee :)


How long will delivery take?


  • Delivery in Europe: 2 to 4 working days
  • Delivery in America: 3 to 7 working days
  • Delivery in Asia and Oceania: 4 to 10 working days

Shipping to the following countries is Carbon-Neutral*: Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark and Netherlands. We're working towards making shipping to other countries carbon-netural, but for the moment that is the case for these ones :)

*100% of package-related CO2 emissions are offset in certified processes. We are thus making an active contribution to climatefriendly, sustainable parcel logistics.

All shipping methods include a 24h hold for processing.


Do I have to pay customs or import duties?


Although we'll try to help you as much as you can in case any problems arise, any custom charges for shipments outside the EU will have to be satisfied by the customer.


What is the current status of my order? I haven't received it yet


Once you make your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll then start to process it (usually it takes 24 hours, unless there's weekends inbetween).

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will get another email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your order until it gets delivered.

If the estimated maximum time of delivery in our Shipping conditions has passed, and you still haven't received your AMEs, shoot us an email at and we'll solve it as soon as possible.

NOTE: Due to the CoVid-19 situation, shipments may suffer slight delays from the times referenced above.


What is your returns policy?


Our returns policy allows you to return unused products within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we cannot accept returns that show visible signs of wear, as we cannot repurpose them and they would have to be thrown away (which is not very sustainable).

The shoes must be returned in their original condition and in their original box. Otherwise, we won't be able to refund you. That is why we recommend trying your AMEs on a carpeted surface indoors! :)

We won't be able to cover return shipping costs unless there's been a mistake on our part, such as sending the incorrect product.

Once a return is requested, the package should be sent back within 14 days. Otherwise we will not be able to accept it.

The shoes I received aren't the ones I ordered


If we made a mistake and sent you the incorrect pair of AMEs, we'll gladly exchange them with no additional cost.
